Personalised Support for Individual Needs

Since 2019, Retrofit has been working exclusively with the Kidney Disease Foundation (KDF) on customised exercise programmes for their patients to improve health markers, functional strength and fall risk.

Another important component of Retrofit’s services is the support provided to seniors and those with mobility constraints. As people age, their movement needs change, and Retrofit recognizes the importance of providing specialized support to help seniors maintain their independence. This includes training in activities of daily living, such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
